Superman All The Way

Man of Steel opened this past weekend, so our crew question of the week is no coincidence. We asked the Lowe’s Racing crew to name their favorite superhero and fittingly, Superman was the top choice.

While the movie itself may have only been the second highest-grossing opening weekend in 2013, the main character ranked number one in our hearts. Of course, the fact that “Superman” is also Jimmie Johnson’s nickname doesn’t hurt either!

Check out the crew’s responses:

Superman - Brandon Harder (gasman), TJ Ford (jackman), Andrew Childers (backup jackman), Calvin Teague (tire changer), Marius Hauser (engineer), Greg Morin (pit crew coach), Dave Elenz (race engineer)

Hulk - Kyle Bazzell (hauler driver)

Dash (The Incredibles) - Pete Michel (shocks/engineer)

Spiderman - Matt Tyrrell (tire carrier), Chad Kohn (backup hauler driver), R.J. Barnette (front tire carrier)

Captain America - Ron Malec (car chief)

Super Dave Osborn - Austin Konetski (mechanic)

Iron Man - Dave Collins (tire changer), Lance Munksgard (pit crew coach)

Batman - Chris Krieg (pit crew coach), Ryan Patton (tire carrier)
