Jimmie Jam is a unique private concert series that makes a few stops along the NASCAR route throughout the season. The upcoming show on Friday, November 16 will feature Darius Rucker at The Fillmore in Miami Beach.
Darius Rucker first rose to fame as the lead singer for the rock band “Hootie & the Blowfish” before branching out to become a solo country artist. Rucker is best known for the smash hits “This,” “Alright,” “Don’t Think I Don’t Think About It,” “Come Back Song,” “It Won’t Be Like This for Long,” and “History in the Making.” He has also just been inducted as the newest member of the Grand Ole Opry.
Guests at Jimmie Jam Miami will be able to participate in a Q&A with the five-time NASCAR Sprint Cup Series champion and driver of the Lowe’s No. 48 Chevrolet, Jimmie Johnson. All attendees will also receive a limited-edition 2012 Jimmie Jam poster designed by famed NASCAR artist Sam Bass. For more information on his work, visit: http://www.sambass.com.
