Jimmie Jam is a unique private concert series that makes a few stops along the NASCAR route throughout the season. The upcoming show on Friday, November 16 will feature Darius Rucker at The Fillmore in Miami Beach.
Darius Rucker first rose to fame as the lead singer for the rock band “Hootie & the Blowfish” before branching out to become a solo country artist. Rucker is best known for the smash hits “This,” “Alright,” “Don’t Think I Don’t Think About It,” “Come Back Song,” “It Won’t Be Like This for Long,” and “History in the Making.” He has also just been inducted as the newest member of the Grand Ole Opry.
Guests at Jimmie Jam Miami will be able to participate in a Q&A with the five-time NASCAR Sprint Cup Series champion and driver of the Lowe’s No. 48 Chevrolet, Jimmie Johnson. Everyone’s first three drinks of choice are included and other beverages will be available for purchase. All attendees must be 21 years or older to enter the venue. IDs will be checked at the door to verify age.
Jimmie Jam is usually a private event, but Team Lowe’s Racing is opening it up to a few lucky fans and helping out the Jimmie Johnson Foundation (JJF) in the process.
